We live in a day of copycat goods, imported copycats. I love buying American caps amid other things American and could not believe the fact that when the goods arrived they had a made in China tag on them. Now to me if its not made in America then its not American. When I first went to Texas in 94 i went to the Waco Mall and bought a few novelties to bring back home with me, you can imagine my disappointment when again I saw the made in China tag on a black leather bike jacket with an American flag on it. Nothing wrong with made in China except the fact that the product that looks American is not American
I think the same thing with the gospel these days, the gospel of salvation is not made in heaven, O folks preach it as the gospel, label it as the gospel, offer it on the 123 raise your hand.. here’s your free gift! special offer to you!
Its not authentic, I’e its brand is not BIBLE. its source is foreign. The roman road product, comes form the money makers of Rome the roman road they call it, the roman road to salvation. How do I know because the tag tells me so. The tag line! If I told you its a fake because it does not have the qualities that come with an authentic salvation as found in acts. Repent and be baptised EVERY ONE OF YOU in the name of Jesus for the remission of your sins and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Its a fake brand mass produced gospel. and the product is accursed Galatians 1:8 ‘But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.’
I don’t want to sell cheap foreign imports and neither do I want to make a watered down version of the the gospel just to get you into my church. I want you saved the Jesus way John 3:5, the apostles way Acts 2:38 and 42. in fact its the only way a man can be saved. Authored and authorised by Jesus! that means he made it with his blood, purchased it with his life, produced it with his death and gave it to us in his resurrection. Heavenly made… the Jesus brand gospel.
